If you right click on the Control Panel in Start Menu, you cannot find the Pin to Taskbar right click contextual menu item that allows user to pin the Control Panel shortcut to Windows 7 Taskbar. So the first big news of the day is, Windows has come out with its major and speculatively the last significant release candidate of Windows 7, build 7100. The software was slated to be made publicly available on Tuesday. Microsoft says don't rush coz you have plenty of time left.
